March 6, 2013 End User Training Opportunity

While you can regularly schedule an online group training session for your organization at http://printsprokit.com/contact, we will occasionally hold training sessions that are open to all.

We are holding one such training session for end users on Wednesday March 6, 2013 at 12:00PM Noon Eastern Time. Contact us at http://printsprokit.com/contact to let us know you would like to attend and we will be sure to send you the webinar information for the training.

And remember, all training is provided at no additional cost to subscribers and 30-day trial users.

Implementation Across Your Campus - Learn the Knowledge

We’ve seen tremendous interest from PRINTsprokit users in learning about how others are implementing and using PRINTsprokit most effectively.

We’ve developed two avenues for idea-sharing on PRINTsprokit:

Changelog 2.0

PRINTsprokit v2.0 with highly requested new features!

Here are the new features that you, the user, have requested to make PRINTsprokit 2.0 more effective than ever:

  • New grid lines in the Template and Project editor pages to help graphic designers and end-users with text and image placement. Click on the “Show Gridlines” toggle button at the top of the Template and Project editor pages to turn on or off the gridlines.
  • All gridlines as well as fold and bleed marks have been removed from all PDF output files. Users no longer have to hide bleed and fold marks from the layered PDF output file.
  • User-friendly tool for photo cropping in the Template editor pages.

Planning the Templates and Media Assets

We have heard time and time again from trial account users and current account holders that PRINTsprokit is an extremely intuitive tool to use. While easy to use, many struggle with the planned use of PRINTsprokit. Here are some easy tips for planning ahead and getting the needed templates out to those who need them quickly.

Changelog 1.9

PRINTsprokit v1.9 is here with awesome new features!

Here are the new features that make PRINTsprokit 1.9 more effective than ever:

  • Media assets can now be exported individually or in batches to an administrative user’s computer.
  • Users can now toggle media assets to high resolution (for previewing purposes) or low-resolution (for quicker viewing and editing) while working on a Template or a Project. See the top toolbar in the Template Editor and Project Editor for the new Low/High Resolution toggle button. Note that all media assets will appear in their original resolutions when the final PDF is produced.
  • Administrative users can now resize images directly within the Asset Manager.
